On 26th May 2005, that very day when I finished my last paper for the Diploma, Singapore Airlines decided to do something:
THEY DECIDED TO START RECRUITING LOCAL FLIGHT STEWARDESS AND FLIGHT STEWARD

Haix. You know how disappointed am I?!
Requirements
- Singapore citizenship or PR status; or Malaysian citizenship
- Males who are at least 1.65m in height; females who are at least 1.58m
- At least 2 GCE ‘A’-level credits and 2 ‘O’-level credits including General Paper in the GCE ‘A’-level examination, or a Diploma from a local polytechnic; (Applicants with higher qualifications are welcome to apply.)
- Those who have completed, are exempted from, or are not liable for National Service (Those in the process of completing NS may also apply) [This is the segment which i've failed!]
- The willingness and commitment to serve a compulsory service bond [of course, I am so willing to serve the bond]
Preference will be given to candidates who are able to speak a foreign language or are experienced in customer service.
[If they don't mind, I can speak some basics of French and Japanese and can even scold FUCK YOU in French!]
The job recruitment is right in front of me. Yet I can do nothing about it! And mind you, recruitment for steward only happens like twice a year. If they start recruiting during my BMT, at least I won't feel the pain. BUT they recruit right after my Poly Education have ended!
